This workgroup will identify the infrastructure, land, and connectivity investments needed to support business expansion, workforce attraction, and long‑term regional competitiveness. They will answer the key questions of:
Is the region prepared, from a physical and infrastructural standpoint, to accommodate growth?
Where do gaps in sites, utilities, transportation, or broadband limit economic opportunity?
How can infrastructure planning and investment be better coordinated across jurisdictions?
